How long is the process?

It generally depends on the nature of document and the respective Embassy; however we try our level best to get it done on committed timeline.

Difference between apostille and attestation?

Apostille is affixation of documents by competent authorities by the government of a country which is party to Hague convention 1961 where one member country is acceptable in all other member countries who are signatories to the Hague Convention.

Attestation is the act of witnessing a certificate by authorizes person/persons/Departments/authorities with their official seal and signature and is authentic.

What is urgent attestation? How more one need to pay to get it done?

Urgent basis attestation can be done in a day or two. It would cost a 1000 rupee extra as compared to normal attestation.

What is the procedure to get a certificate attested from India?

There are many ways to attest educational document from India, it’s a chain process. The authorities of UAE is focused only Ministry of foreign affairs attestation locally (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi). But to get that all the other attestation is required:

• Home Department (Mantralaya)
• Ministry of External Affairs (New Delhi)
• UAE Embassy (New Delhi)
• Ministry of Foreign Affairs (locally from UAE)

Why is attestation of certificates necessary?

• Educational Certificates
  To obtain an employment visa/ labour Card in United Arab Emirates for most of the designation, to pursue higher education in a foreign country, to write MOH and DOH examinations by doctors, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory technicians, etc., to get the equivalent certificates.
• Non Educational Certificates
  To obtain residence visa for wife, children, in-laws, admission of child in school, Power of Attorney, to sell properties in India, removal of LLC partnership, attestation of experience certificates for MOH/DOH exams.

If the certificate is laminated what will you do?

The lamination from the certificate will be removed carefully so as not to cause any damage to the certificate. The attestation stamps will be put on the non-laminated area of the certificate. It is our suggestion to avoid laminating your certificates.

How can we trust the courier people?

We have our own messengers and selected courier companies, who are trustworthy and reliable. As soon as they collect documents from you, they will provide you with our company's receipt voucher which will act as proof. Our staff members follow up until the document reaches our office.

In case you lose any certificate, then how will you manage that?

Our company follows a certain series of steps during the attestation process, so that none of the documents go missing. Special attention is given to each document throughout the process.
